She has a deep insight in Psychology and provides counseling to mould and shape the students behaviour.
She conducts herself with poise, dignity and confidence. With many years of experience behind her, she is fully equipped to manage the student community. She is very focussed on getting outstanding Board Results.
With an objective of getting good Board results, she looks into every aspect of high school academics (Grade 6th to 12th). She also takes a keen interest in all the Co-curricular activities, subject activities and the competition conducted at all levels. She motivates and encourages the students to bag several awards and prizes. She has guided the Special Education Department and has integrated the students in several program of the school. She has mainstreamed students with learning difficulties in the I.C.S.E. curriculum and helped them to get all the benefits provided by the board.
She believes in instilling sound values and in disciplining the mind and body of the child. She has always encouraged positive thinking.

experience. She has an extensive educational background, completing
MBA, PGDBM and B. Ed. Her experience stretches out to various positions
and levels of school administration. She is dedicated and passionate in
improving and perfecting the nuances for the betterment of the students.
She has an ever positive outlook and is very resourceful in dealing with any

Cheerful, pleasant, cool, calm peace loving Manju Bhashini has good organising skills. A loving personality with great respect to all elders and ever ready to help others.
Mrs. Manju has been serving the school for the last 34 years. She was handling the History and Civics department for many years before taking up as the coordinator of the Hindi Department and middle school incharge. She has been instrumental in teaching the students Hanuman chalisa. She has been an examiner for the ICSE board examination from 1990 onwards in History & civics, she was also a team leader for the subject.
She has written text books for class VI, VII and VIII in History & Civics for the ICSE syllabus which is followed by many schools in India.
A kind disciplinarian who is very patient and gracious with the tiny tots of the primary block, of this esteemed organization. She is the Primary Coordinator, who observes and harmonizes the bond between the children and the teachers. She has rich experience as an academician for more than 20 years, she has worked in several schools affiliated to ICSE, CBSE and Cambridge. Furthermore, she is certified graduate in M.A, B.Ed. and CIDTT. She is responsible for implementing discipline, inculcating moral values and excelling in academics of the primary wing. She is a born leader possessing the gift of the gab.
Mrs. Mitchelle Michael is the Incharge for the Pre-Primary Section of Niraj Public School. An efficient administrator, she is very involved in her work. Cheerful and genial, she is a dynamic lady and an asset to the institution.
The Heads of Departments
A genial personality and modest to the core, Mrs. Neela Krishnamurty has many years of teaching experience to her credit. She has a good rapport with her students and is able to make all the concepts very clear to her students. Her vast reading and grip over vocabulary have added depth to her teaching.
Mr. P.Omprakash Purohit is a senior Hindi teacher and Head of the Hindi department. He is a master of his subject and an expert in teaching poetry and grammar. Students love his teaching. He is very popular among students. He also possesses a PG diploma in counseling psychology.
Our Telugu Department is headed by the fountain head of knowledge, Mr. M Srinivas. He is a M.A. B.Ed Graduate with 28 years of rich experience in the field of education. He handles 2nd Language for 9th and 10th grades efficiently. He has won many accolades. He was awarded the best speaker and teacher by the re-union society. The Sadhana Sahiti Sravanthi organization awarded him for his poetic talent. He added another feather to his cap when yuva kala vahini awarded him with the best director and writer award. He was conferred with many awards by myraid organizations and these are only a few to name. He is an asset to the school.
